We only practice techniques that research has shown to be effective such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT),  Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Problem Solving Therapy (PST).



Time is our most valuable asset. Free initial consultations, online scheduling, virtual appointments  and focused sessions.
