It’s at the intersection of work, life, and meaning that Moment in Mind comes in. My mission is to help professional women who are juggling it all, who are left feeling like the balls keep dropping. I help women find clarity, confidence, stability, and hope through short-term, evidence-based therapy, coaching, and consulting.

I know you’re busy. Individual services are provided virtually, using secure video conferencing. You also have access to automatic scheduling, automatic billing, with convenient reminders prior to meetings. You’ve got enough on your plate. Let’s make this easy.

Evidence Based

I specialize in services that are considered best practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Problem Solving Therapy (PST). When you go to your MD, you expect services that are proven to be effective. You should expect the same from your therapist or coach.

You want to feel better. I want to get you there as soon as possible. I specialize in brief services that help you define and reach your goals as quickly as possible. Working together, you’ll learn skills that you can apply throughout your life.
